This seminar focuses on the importance and influence of language in everyday nursing. The use of words and communication techniques can have a substantial impact on the nature of the relationship with the trainee and the quality of the nursing process. How does language influence our thinking and actions? What communication techniques are helpful for successful nursing practice? And how can effective communication between practice guides and trainees be achieved?    

Part 2 - The Walt Disney Method    

On this seminar day, the participating practice guides deal with how learning can be initiated in practice. The practice guides learn various methods such as the Walt Disney method, "LENA" and the implementation possibilities with "SPASS". The training day is oriented towards the fact that people are generally seen as eager to learn. Adults, on the other hand, are critical learners and weigh up for which learning topics they invest their time and energy under which learning conditions... and this is exactly where the training starts.     

Part 3 - Targeted Support in Instruction – Development of an educational diagnostic sheet  

Every trainee comes with completely different prior competencies and conditions in nursing. You must create the prerequisites for him to meet the demands of complex nursing training. An important task in practice guidance is individual case help in the sense of improving learning and implementing new knowledge.
